Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After your message yesterday we tried to replicate the issue in multiple bottles but did not find any issue with our stock on hand. We believe that the snowstorm and adverse weather during the time the order was placed and being shipped might have contributed to the problem you are seeing with the orange vanilla drops.
Having said that we are so sorry that the product was not upto your satisfaction and we will be refunding you the price paid by you for the orange vanilla immediately.
