Amazing !! We do have a revised serving recommendation 15 - 20 drops for 350 ml of plain sparkling water !! But we would be happy to hear your optimum mix as well . Please do share with us if you can :)

Unable to open the bottles

Unable to open the bottles. Hold it horizontal. Press down turn counter clockwise until it clicks. The lid does not come off.
Is it suppose to unscrew after the click or pull off?
Extremely frustrated can't even use the product.
